To appreciate the teacher training program it is important to understand the integration process that is at the core of the Empowerment Through My Subconscious System.
Our western culture has long been dividing itself into smaller and smaller pieces as it specializes further and further. This was fueled by the perception that any subject of study could be understood best if, like in a machine, it could be reduced to its core parts or pieces. By understanding these pieces, you could understand the subject. This worked for a while until it became increasingly clear, at least to some, that bodies and ecosystems were not machines. That unlike machines, living systems had a quality of being that transcended its parts. (1)
While science expands its ability to value the whole within expanding systems vs. isolated-individual reference, the long-standing paradigm of separateness inherent within our scientific perspectives, and in the cultural rejection of certain aspects of humanity in favor of others, is still very much a part of our psyche. The paradigm of separateness is so rooted in our subconscious reference that it affects every single perspective we have, reflecting itself in how we come to the places within us that for whatever reason are not wanted.
This paradigm shows up in our subconscious reference of self as a splintering-off process: thus we have parts, we have sub-personalities, we have aspects, and we have problems that have to be “dealt with.” To “deal with” we follow a laborious process of reconnecting with old wounds and dissecting their origins, cataloguing their causes, and labeling their consequent expressions, all in hopes of coping with the complexities of “surviving” certain experiences. Or, we “deal with it” by popping pills that keep the discomfort at bay and allow us to pretend things are okay.
With separateness as the filter through which we relate to our personal challenges, there is no ultimate resolution, only the possibility of coping. Complete healing or transformation, is not expected. Healing is a process of gathering in, an integrating process. If we want to heal as individuals, as families, as communities, and as a world community, we must move from splitting and dissecting to inclusion and assimilation; from pieces to organism.
From the perspective of evolving human consciousness, our existing focus on the parts over the whole has allowed us to experience the isolating effects of separation as we expand our ability to value the whole. We begin to see that parts cannot be understood outside of the environment that makes them possible, and we have the opportunity to value the kind of life that comes from honoring the whole as we integrate into it. Today, this shifting awareness in how parts fit into the whole and vice versa is reflected in terms like sustainability, organic, organism, systemic, and so on.
It also opens the door to a whole new way of relating to the self; a way that integrates the “unwanted” within us, making it possible to go beyond coping into healing.

As with most systems, that which is unwanted exists as ignored or hidden as possible. For the individual, the unwanted is within the subconscious. Through the process of integrating the subconscious we are able to realize that integrating the unwanted is in itself the best solution to all internal conflict—the source of all our problems. With integration comes the ability to receive the gifts inherent in everything we experience, no matter what was involved.
As teachers in training, you learn that integration is the place where we take everything we have held apart within us and, assuming there is value there, take this value into ourselves. As this assimilation takes place, the reasons for our discomfort disintegrate and healing is achieved. As this assimilation takes place, it also fosters empowerment, for it is in this gathering and integrating that individual self-access and the source of personal power, broadens.
We can understand integration and wholeness intellectually, and this is good. Understanding it experientially, though, is what is sought. By participating with the ETMSS teacher training, you learn about integration by experiencing it. This experience is sufficiently profound to make both the reality of integration and its process of access a part of you. Your learning is organic, therefore permanent; at the organic level of learning we don’t have to think about things, we just live them.
The teacher training process, then, is an opportunity to become organically in tune with the processes of integration, or integrated with integration. As the teacher in training uses the ETMSS to integrate himself, she gets a direct, experiential reference of what this means and how this works.
The teacher in training also learns how this process operates in others, by sharing in the experiences of his fellow students. It is an opportunity to become intimately aware of the integration as the expansion inherent in integration becomes evident, and each person shows up with increasing authenticity and freedom of expression.
Once the process of integration is organically mastered, teachers in training are able to facilitate classes for each other as part of the practice of doing so for others once certification is complete.
As a teacher in training you will also learn about the full vision of Systems4Empowerment in a lot more detail, allowing you to choose where you would best like to be involved, given your interests and favored inclinations.
The goal is that when the training is complete, the teacher will have such an organic relationship with integration that he or she will be able to incorporate their own ways of facilitating the ETMSS process for others.
Certified Teacher Opportunities:
Students who successfully complete the teacher training program are certified by Systems4Empowerment to become Systems4Empowerment, LLC associates. Systems4Empowerment is passionate about empowering everyone it associates with. For teachers this means that every group of teachers will be invited to bring their insights, creativity and innovation to the table in ways that support global empowerment and benefit everyone involved.
Systems4Empowerment is a new and growing organization. Certified teachers are encouraged to help develop the many ways in which teachers can participate within that growth.
Certified teachers are ready to teach the Empowerment With Subconscious TM classes, parts I, II, and III. These classes are offered primarily over the phone, but there may be a need to offer on-location classes as well. As S4E client numbers increase, the need for teacher increases. By mid 2010, S4E estimates it will need 100 teachers to meet its class needs.
Certified teachers are also connected to their true passion and favorite activities to express that. Everyone is unique and exceptionally good in unique ways. As the components of the Systems4Empowerment activities increase, Systems4Empowerment will be drawing on its certified teachers for man power. These are some of the areas planned:
- Innovative education that honors empowered human beings, beginning with small children.
- Empowerment through visual and interactive media
- Empowerment through traveling acting troupes’.
- Business incubation communities
- Environmental empowerment & integration projects
- Workshop activities of various types and flavors that support the integration/empowerment process
- Alliances with not-for profit activities that support empowerment around the globe
What the Training Involves:
- Twelve (12) three hour/once a week/over the phone classes
- Mentoring sessions as needed with Teacher Training Facilitator
- Seven days on location in CO integrative/in depth training with facilitator
What is Required for Acceptance Into the Program:
- Passion for personal empowerment
- Commitment to finish the program no matter what
- Knowledge that this is right for you.
Training Cost:
- $ 4,500.00 (Financing available)
- For certification to remain active, continued education is required every six months after initial training is complete. Systems4Empowerment, LLC will provide a number of options to choose from to fulfill this requirement.
